At a time when we’re all obsessed with veganism, with everything we touch, use and ingest being organic and natural, Evolve Beauty could not be more on-point.
The company puts its focus on all of the above, and makes all of its products in small batches in a bid to preserve the freshness and quality of what they offer.
It’s a philosophy that is working well for Evolve, which has garnered big interest – and critical praise – recently, winning it several awards from within the beauty community.
After getting the chance to try out a few of the products, it’s not too hard to see why.
A Beauty Shortlist Awards 2018 winner, this mask also got a thumbs-up from me, as did the deliciously orange-scented, good-enough-to-eat Lip Treat (£10 for 30ml).
Completely vegan, this gorgeously indulgent balm, which comes in very generous-sized tub, has a mix of organic shea and cacao butter in it, to nourish and soften your pout – exactly what I need as we near the biggest date night of the year…
I loved it so much I’ve now added it to my daily moisturising/beautifying routine, and my partner has even been trying to pinch it off my bedside table!
To finish off my pampering, I tried out Evolve’s Satin Body Gloss (£22 or 100ml). Beautifully shimmering, thanks to the mineral mica and titanium in the formula, this liquid-gold spritz gives your arms and legs a subtle satiny gloss appearance.
Non-greasy, it can also be used on the face and hair, and adds a finishing touch to your going-out look. It smells great too, with all-natural rose, lavender, jasmine and orange blossom blended with vanilla and woody notes. It’s a big bottle, so should last a decent amount of time too.
I was really impressed with Evolve’s ethical approach to beauty as well as the undeniable quality of the products. So if you’re still hunting for the ideal gift for that special person for February 14, why not treat them to some cruelty-free, natural beautifying skincare? We’re sure they’ll love you for it…
