Owner of JFK Karen Brown took time out to give us some top tips to keep your hair in pristine condition throughout the Summer months.
If your hair is already damaged, the sun can cause more damage to split ends, so it’s vital that you get a haircut before spending a lot of time in the sun. If you colour your hair, the sun can cause colour to fade or change, it’s important to use colour saving shampoo and conditioner, like Schwarzkopf Gliss™ Color Guard Shampoo and Conditioner, which will keep colour looking its best.
I’d also recommend using a hair mask a couple of times a week, which will not only seal in colour and keep it from fading, but will give the hair the nourishment it needs, as the sun can make our hair go dry.
